If you qualify for the CDCP, follow these steps:

2. Bring your card with your enrollment details to your next dental appointment.

Coverage Details & Important Considerations

• CDCP covers only approved procedures at set fees, which may differ from the Manitoba Dental Association (MDA) fee guide that most Manitoba dental offices, including ours, follow.
• You are responsible for any balance not covered by CDCP.
• Only basic dental care is currently covered. Major dental procedures require pre-authorization.

Once enrolled, we’ll submit claims electronically on your behalf. This ensures you’ll know your balance immediately after treatment. For specific coverage questions, please contact your plan provider directly.
